The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Assembly And Delivery Of Computer And Electronic Equipment For The Neurology Department With The Stroke Subunit Of The Multi-Specialized District Hospital Sa In Tarnowskie Góry To The Extent Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement And Swz Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement. 2. The Subject Of The Order: 1) Is To Be Brand New (Unused), Not For Exhibition, 2) Is To Be Complete, Fit For Use And Approved For Trading And Use, 3) Is To Have All Legally Required Certificates Or Equivalent Documents And Does Not Require Any Additional Purchases Or Investment Outlays To Function In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, 4) Is To Be Free From Any Defects, In Particular Material And Construction Defects, 5) Is To Be Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investment. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Supply Equipment, Installation, Configuration And First Start-Up, Technical Support During The Warranty Period And Provide Warranty Service For The Delivered Devices. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Activities For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement. 5. The Contractor Bears Full Material And Legal Liability For Damage Incurred By The Ordering Party And Third Parties Caused By Activities Resulting From The Implementation Of The Agreement. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Confidentiality Of Information Obtained During The Execution Of The Contract, In Particular Regarding The Security Measures Used By The Ordering Party, And Bears All Liability For Any Damages, If Any. 7. Order - The Project (Investment) Is Co-Financed From A Targeted Subsidy From The State Budget Created To Support The Implementation Of Development Policy Activities, Constituting The Own Investment Task Of The Local Government Unit By Decision Of The Minister Of Finance, Investment And Development. 8.
