This Involves Demodulating The Locks Of The Existing Power Plant By Building A New Power Plant Immediately Upstream Of The Current Installation. The Agent (Moe) Must Cover All Study Phases According To Sia Standards — Variants And Feasibility (Sia 21), Preliminary Design (Sia 31), Project (Sia 32), Authorization Requests (Sia 33), Call For Tenders For Works (Sia 41) And Implementation Monitoring (Sia 5, Optional).
