Prior Information Notice For Secondary School Construction Work – 2020_15. General Renovation With Partial Demolition And Expansion Of The Gustav Leutelt School The Gustav Leutelt School Consists Of 4 Building Parts That Are Arranged Around An Inner Courtyard. All Parts Of The Building Will Be Completely Renovated, And The Northern And Southern Parts Of The Building Will Also Be Expanded To The North. The Buildings Will Be Renovated One After The Other, Starting With The Northern Part Of The Building. The School Will Continue To Be Used During The Construction Project. To Bridge The Gap, Containers Will Be Set Up To The West Of The School To Accommodate Classrooms, As The Respective Parts Of The Building Cannot Be Used During The Construction Work. The Planned Start Of Construction Is In Autumn 2020. This Preliminary Information Applies To All Trades/Services To Be Tendered For This Measure.
