Construction Work – Master Builder Work - Botterens Substation. The Existing Botterens Substation Includes A 220 Kv Switchgear And A 60 Kv Switchgear. The 220 Kv Switchgear Is Owned By Swissgrid, While The 60 Kv Switchgear Belongs To Groupe E. The 220 Kv Switchgear Built In The 1980S Has Reached The End Of Its Technical Lifespan. A Large Part Of The System Must Therefore Be Replaced. The Replacement Of Swissgrids Systems Has A Direct Impact On The Network Operator Groupe E. It Is Therefore Very Important That The Replacement Is Carried Out With As Few Interruptions To Supply As Possible. Another Requirement Of The Project Is To Enable Separation Of The Two Swissgrid And Groupe E Facilities At The Botterens Substation Site As Part Of This Renovation. For This Purpose, The Construction Of A New Company Building Is Planned. The Following Work Is To Be Carried Out Within The Scope Of This Tender: * Construction Site Equipment Including Fencing And Security Measures, Passage Gates And Construction Runways * Delivery And Creation Of The Earthing Of The Construction Site Equipment * Dismantling Of Existing Cable Systems And Concrete Structures * Creation Of New Underground Cable Pipe Blocks * Construction Work For The New Company Building, Including Construction Site Equipment, Excavation And Backfilling Work, Foundation Work, Drainage And Sealing * Phased And Sequential Construction Of New Ones Equipment Foundations In The Area Of The 220 Kv Switchgear * Partial Adaptation Of The Existing Fencing * Work For The Drainage Of Rain And Waste Water From The Systems * Creation Of The Dividing Fence Between The Swissgrid And Groupe E Systems * Creation Of The New Access And The New Pedestrian Access * Installation Of Two Sliding Gates For Trucks And The Vehicle Access * Installation Of An Access Gate For Pedestrians * Creation Of The Foundation And Delivery Of The Charging Station For Electric Vehicles The Parking Spaces Of The New Company Building The Detailed Components Of The Services Are Listed In Document C100.
