This Contract Concerns The Supply Of Energy, Operation, Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Heating, Domestic Hot Water (Dhw), Air Conditioning And Air Treatment Installations Of The Effiat Ehpad, The Contract Will Be Of The Cpe (Energy Performance Contract) Type. The Market Is Of The Type:  Mt (Temperature Market) ☒   Interest With ☒ Without ☐ And Includes The Following Services:  The Supply Of “P1” Energy, Namely, The Supply Of So-Called “Incoming” Energy, Such As: Natural Gas, Pellet, And Electricity (According To P3p Work), The Supply Of Heat From A Public Network, Or Electricity Is Left To The Responsibility Of The Master Douvrage. “P2” Services, Namely The Operation Of Installations, Monitoring, Adjustment And Routine Maintenance, The Guarantee Of Temperatures Inside Buildings, The Management Of Regulatory Controls On Thermal Installations, The Supply Of Small Equipment, The Total Transparent Guarantee In Controlled Expenses “P3r”, Namely, The Replacement Of Defective Equipment With Equivalent Equipment, Including Large Equipment Such As:  Boilers  Gas Domestic Hot Water Production  Direct Expansion Air Conditioners  Air Handling Units (Only The Elements Are To Be Taken Into Account, Not The Complete Unit)  Major Renewal Maintenance (Ger) “P3p”, I.E. Investments Enabling Energy Performance To Be Obtained Through A Work Program.  An Incentive On Heating Savings Made With Commitment To Comfort Temperatures (Heating And Dhw), The Search For Energy Savings And Compliance With The Consumption Targets Defined In The Act Of Commitment
