Prior Information Notice For Software Package And Information Systems – Delivery Of Red Hat Openshift Platform Plus Software Licenses Or An Equivalent Solution. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Red Hat Openshift Platform Plus Software License Or An Equivalent Solution, Constituting An Enterprise Class Containerization Platform Based On Kubernetes Technology, Hereinafter Referred To As The Software, Along With The Warranty And Expert Services. 2.1. The Order Completion Time Is 5 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 2.2. The On-Premises Software License Is Granted Indefinitely, While The Warranty Period For The Software Is 36 Months. 2.3. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractor Will Deliver The Licenses Described In Point 4 Within No More Than 5 Calendar Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Order Under The Option Right. 2.4. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, Expert Services Will Be Performed Successively, Based On The Ordering Partys Orders, Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Software License. 2.5. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Once Or More Than Once, In Whole Or In Part, During The Term Of The Agreement.
