The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Computing Server With Gpu Accelerators For Artificial Intelligence Applications - 1 Piece. 2. The Server (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device) Is Intended For Local (On-Premise) Execution, Fine-Tuning And Inference Of Generative Models Of Artificial Intelligence, In Particular Generative Models For Creating Images And Videos (Text-To-Image, Image-To-Image, Text-To-Video, Image-To-Video). The Device Will Be Used To Simultaneously Load Models With A Significant Demand For Gpu Memory (Models Requiring At Least 80 Gb Vram) And To Process Training Data And Store Model Checkpoints. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Server And All Computer Components That Constitute It Are Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete, And Ready For Operation; 2) The Server Was Supported By Their Manufacturer From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol Of Execution Of The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, At Least Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. Manufacturers Support Is Understood By The Ordering Party As Services Provided By The Server Manufacturer Or An Entity Authorized By Him, Under Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Download And Install All Security Patches (Patches) As Well As Software Updates (Including Firmware/Firmware) Free Of Charge Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Support Period; 3) The Delivered Server Was Equipped With Complete Cabling Provided By The Manufacturer To Ensure Its Proper Operation; 4) The Server Was Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date And Was Not Previously Assigned To Any User; 5) The Server Came From The Manufacturers Official, Authorized Distribution Channel In The Eu And Was Delivered In The Manufacturers Original, Undamaged Packaging. 6. In Terms Of Ict Security Of The Delivered Server, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Ensures The Security, Interoperability And Manageability Of The Server In The Ict Environment Of The Ordering Party. The Installation Of The Server In A Rack Cabinet, Its Connection To The Ordering Partys Network And The Production Launch Are Carried Out By The Ordering Party Themselves (See Section Iii.5 Point 5). The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Partys Representatives Responsible For It Infrastructure And Cybersecurity To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Acceptance Of The Server. Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor In This Respect And Sanctions For Their Violation Are Set Out In §3
