The Occitanie Region Acts As A Purchasing Center (Art Article L2113-2 Of The Public Procurement Code) Created By Deliberation No. Cp/2024-05/01.09 On Behalf Of The Members. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Total Maximum Amount Of Services For The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement For All Members Of The Central Listed In Article 16.1 Of The Ccap Is: 17,300,000 Euros Excluding Tax. This Amount Corresponds To The Maximum Volume Of Services Likely To Be Ordered For The Period.
