Railway Construction Works – New Montpellier Perpignan Line (Lnmp) - Phase 1, From Montpellier To Béziers, Design And Construction Contract. The New Line Project Between Montpellier And Perpignan (Lnmp) Consists Of Creating A Modern Rail Link (High Capacity, High Quality, High Speed) To Sustainably Respond To The Growing Demand For Mobility And The Medium And Long-Term Congestion Problems Of The Only Rail Axis On The Mediterranean Coast Of The Occitanie Region. This Is A Mixed Lgv And Freight Line. It Includes 52.3 Km Of Current Section, To Which Are Added 7 Km Of Connections To The Classic Line At Villeneuve-Lès-Béziers And Lattes, As Well As The Connection To The Nîmes And Montpellier Railway Bypass (Cnm).
