Refuse Collection Services – Performing Services For The Removal Of Segregated Solid Waste From The Properties Of The Ministry Of Finance Located At Ul. Świętokrzyska 12 In Warsaw And In The Warsaw Wola District. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Removal Of Segregated Solid Waste From The Properties Of The Ministry Of Finance: 2.1.1 At Ul. Świętokrzyska 12 In Warsaw, 2.1.2 Located In The Warsaw Wola District (Real Estate Located In The Wola District, Address Details Will Be Completed When Signing The Contract), Hereinafter Referred To As Real Estate, Consisting In Making Waste Containers Available To The Ordering Party, Transporting Them, Placing Them In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Property And Removing Waste Containers From The Property - For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, But Not Earlier Than From January 9, 2027, Under The Basic Order, Subject To § 2 Section 2 And 3 Ppu. 2.2 Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor (Or Subcontractor - If Applicable) To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Driving Waste Collection Vehicles And Performing Waste Loading And Collection Activities. Employment Requirements Are Specified In § 8 Of The Ppu. 2.3 The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Period Of Implementation Of The Agreement, Using The Option Right (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option) Specified In § 2 Section 3 And §13 Ppu. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Use The Option In Whole Or In Part And In The Event Of Failure To Use The Option, It Shall Not Be Liable To The Contractor In Connection With The Failure To Exercise The Option. The Implementation Of The Option Will Be Initiated By The Ordering Party Provided That It Has Financial Resources And A Justified Need To Carry Out Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Option. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Within The Scope Of The Options Under The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract.
