Catering Services – Catering Services For Beneficiaries Of The Social Assistance Canteen. The Catering Services Will Be Provided For A Maximum Daily Number Of 100 Beneficiaries Of The Social Services Of The Das Of The Municipality Of Bacau, As Support Activities For People In Situations Of Social Vulnerability, Within The Programs And Social Services Carried Out At The Local Level. The Catering Services Consist Of The Following Daily Activities: Preparation And Preparation Of Food, Portioning And Packaging, Temporary Storage And Delivery Of Food, In The Quantities And Under The Conditions Established In The Terms Of Reference, Respecting The Maximum Level Of The Food Allowance Established By The Decision Of The Local Council Of The Municipality Of Bacău No. 217/13.05.2026. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 36 Months With A Maximum Of 3 (Three) Economic Operators, In Order Of The Score Obtained In The Ranking, In The Event That There Are Three Economic Operators Whose Offers Are Admissible (They Meet The Conditions Required According To The Award Documentation). If There Are Not At Least Three Economic Operators Declared Admitted, The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Qualified Economic Operators, Declared Admitted, Who Have Fulfilled All The Requirements And Conditions Of The Award Documentation.
