Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy – Public Supply Of Marine Gas Oil To Læsø Municipality. The Tendered Service Deals With The Supply Of Marine Gas Oil For Use As Fuel In The Læsø Ferries. The Offered Service Includes A Contract For The Supply Of Standard Marine Gas Oil Per Year Of Type Dma Iso 8217:2017 Or Equivalent With A Density Of Max. 860 Kg/M3 And A Sulfur Content Of Max. 50 Ppm. The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase 1,500,000 – 1,600,000 Liters Per Year, But Undertakes Only To Purchase 1,200,000 Liters Per Year. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver A Maximum Annual Quantity Of 1,800,000 Litres, Corresponding To A Total Maximum Quantity During The Full Term Of The Agreement Of 7,200,000 Litres. The Contract Has A Duration Of Almost 4 Years Starting On 15 February 2027 Until 31 January 2031. The Contract Is Non-Cancellable For The Supplier For The First 18 Months, But Can Then Be Terminated By The Supplier With 6 Months Notice, At The Earliest Until Expiry Per 28 February 2029. Bidders Must Submit Bids For The Above Type Of Marine Gas Oil And Its Delivery. In This Connection, The Tenderers Must Fill In The Tender List, Which Is Included As Part Of The Tender Material. The Supply Of Marine Gas Oil Is Continuously Distributed Throughout The Year. Refer To The Draft Contract For A Specification Of The Requirements For Delivery. The Offered Price, Which Is Indicated By Setting A Price Supplement To The Price Of The Mgo Itself According To Platt Index: Aavbg00 Ulsd 10 Ppms Cif Nwe Cargo Havg, Must Include All Necessary Services Associated With The Delivery Of The Service. The Agreement Must Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Draft Contract That Is Attached To The Tender Documents. The Final Contract Will Be Adjusted In Accordance With The Winning Offer.
