The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Mediation Of Meals For The Employees Of The Public Contracting Authority For A Period Of 48 Months, Through Electronic Meal Cards At The Contractual Partners Of The Successful Bidder, I.E. J. In Catering Establishments, Restaurants, Fast Food Establishments, Food Chains, Grocery Stores, Accepting Electronic Meal Cards For Payment Of The Meal Price. In Addition To The Delivery Of Electronic Meal Cards, The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Management Of Electronic Meal Cards And The Attribution (Top-Up) Of Meal Vouchers To Individual Meal Cards According To The Current Needs Of The Public Contracting Authority And In Accordance With The Currently Valid Provisions Of The Labor Code. The Total Maximum Number Of Meal Vouchers During The Validity Of The Framework Agreement Is 50,400.
