Auditing Services – Single-Award Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts For Real Estate Marketing Services: Single Sale Of Approved, Non-Approved And Intermediate Housing From The Val Doise Habitat Portfolio. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Entrust The Holder, Through Subsequent Contracts, With Real Estate Marketing And Support Services Relating To The Sale By Unit Of Housing From The Val Doise Habitat Heritage, Including Approved Housing, Non-Approved Housing And Intermediate Housing, Whether Vacant Or Occupied, As Well As, Where Applicable, Their Annexes And Outbuildings. The Holder Acts As A Marketing Service Provider. He Acts Neither As A Decision-Making Agent Of The Office, Nor As An Arbitration Body, Nor As A Representative Authorized To Legally Commit Val Doise Habitat Outside Of The Missions Entrusted To Him Within The Framework Of This Contract. The Holder Will Intervene In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Construction And Housing Code, The Alur Law And The Regulations Applicable To Public Housing Offices. The Framework Agreement Concluded Has No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Annual Amount Of 215,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. Pursuant To Article R2162-8 Of The Public Procurement Code, Subsequent Contracts Will Take The Form Of A Framework Agreement Setting All The Conditions For Execution Of The Services And Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14. The Services Are Remunerated According To The Terms Provided For In The Act Of Commitment And The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). The Holders Remuneration Structure Is Based On: - A Percentage Applied To The Sales Price Excluding Duties Actually Carried Out For The Marketing Services, The Operative Event Of Which Is The Signing Of The Authentic Deed Of Sale - A Fixed Unit Price For The Additional Services In Accordance With The Bpu
