The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Residential Properties (Households) Directly From The Property, As Well As The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Poniatowa Commune. 4.2. Collection From Real Estate, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated By Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Poniatowa Commune And From Pszok: A) In The Basic Scope, Approximately 3,156.35 Mg Is Estimated In Accordance With The Division: - 3,031.00 Mg - The Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Poniatowa Commune During The Contract Implementation Period, - 125.35 Mg - The Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From The Stationary Point Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok) During The Order Execution Period, 4.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quantity If, For Economic Reasons, Current Needs Or Other Reasons, It Is Not In The Ordering Partys Interest. Due To The Limitation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Scope Of The Order That Will Be Completed Is: − 1,000 Mg Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected From Property Owners Living In The Poniatowa Commune During The Order Implementation Period, − 40 Mg Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected From A Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) During The Order Implementation Period.
