Repair And Maintenance Services – Repairs Of Switchboards, Control Cabinets And Temporary Provision Of Their Operation In Emergency Situations In Stations, Technical Centers And Metro Lines. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Repair Of Rm-Type Electrical Switchboards, Including Their Connection To Downstream Technologies, Control Cabinets And The Temporary Provision Of Their Operation In Emergency Situations And During Their Repair In Stations, Technical Centers And Subway Lines Under The Conditions Specified In The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Participant. Individual Partial Performance Realized On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Take Place On The Basis Of Partial Orders. The Subject Of Performance Based On The Framework Agreement Is Actually The Replacement Of Individual Components Or Their Sets In Existing Lv Electrical Switchboards And Control Cabinets In The Metro Network. With Regard To The Requirements Placed On These Switchboards And Control Cabinets, In Particular § 47 Et Seq. Of Act No. 266/1994 Coll., On Railways, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Railway Act), The Contracting Authority Insists Without Reservation That The Participants In The Framework Agreement Proposals Submitted By Them Offer And Evaluate Exclusively The Elements And Components Specified For Individual Types Of Switchboards And Control Cabinets In The Relevant Sample Project Documentation. The Stated Requirement Also Applies To The Specific Type Designation Of The Relevant Element Or Component, Including Its Manufacturer. Considering That Any Change In The Layout Of The Switchboard Or Control Cabinet Compared To Its Project Documentation May Affect The Suitability Of The Switchboard For Operation In The Sense Of § 48, Paragraph 2 Of The Act On Railways, The Request Of The Contracting Authority Stated In This Paragraph Is Fully Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Public Contract. Implementation Based On The Framework Agreement Will Take Place According To The Technical Specification For Individual Electrical Switchboards And Control Cabinets Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Framework Agreement. The Listed Electrical Switchboards And Control Cabinets Are Designated Technical Devices According To Section 47 Of The Act On Railways. Before Putting The Specified Technical Equipment Into Operation, Its Suitability For Operation Must Be Approved. This Fitness To Operate Is Approved By The Railway Administrative Office By Issuing A License. All Switchboard Repairs Must Therefore Unconditionally Respect The Terms And Conditions For The Production And Supply Of Switchboards Up To 0.6 Kv Ac And Dc For The Prague Metro According To Protocol Tř Dpp No. 18/2019. Repairs Must Take Place In Accordance With The Project Documentation For The Individual Types Of Switchboards Mentioned Above.
