The Services To Be Awarded Relate To The Project Management Of The New Construction Project, Starting With The Preparation And Support Of The Award Procedure For The Planning-Integrated Gü Services (Sbt-Gü), Which Are To Be Provided By A General Contractor, Through The Planning And Implementation Of The Construction Project Up To Its Turnkey Handover To The User. The Commissioning Takes Place In Project Stages As Follows: 1. Project Preparation, 2. Planning, Implementation Of The Award Procedure (Sbt-Gü), 3. Implementation Preparation, 4. Execution, 5. Project Completion. The Commissioning Of The Individual Service Levels Or Parts Of Them Is Optional For The Client In Stages, Although Partial Services Can Also Be Requested.
