Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste In The City Of Gliwice. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Involving The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The City Of Gliwice. Municipal Waste Collection Under The Concluded Contract Will Take Place In The City Of Gliwice Only From Real Estate Areas Where Residents Live And Will Apply To Any Amount Of The Following Types Of Municipal Waste: - Waste Remaining After Segregation (Mixed), - Plastics, Metal, Multi-Material Packaging, - Paper, - Glass, - Clothing And Textile Waste, - Bio-Waste, - Bulky Waste. The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For Equipping Residential Properties With Containers And Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, Rinsing And Disinfecting Them, And Developing Schedules For Waste Collection And For Rinsing And Disinfecting Containers. The Contractor Will Ensure The Collection Of Municipal Waste Collected By Owners Of Residential Properties, In Accordance With The Resolutions Of The Gliwice City Council, And Will Manage The Collected Waste In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, As Well As Environmental Protection Requirements. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Inhabited Properties Covered By The Subject Of The Order, But Not By More Than 10% Of Their Number. The Expected Changes Result From Residents Living In Newly Constructed Properties. Any Changes Will Be Made Within The Scope Of The Order. A Change In The Number Of Residential Properties Covered By The Agreement Will Not Change The Provisions Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Inform The Contractor About The Increase In The Number Of Inhabited Properties To The Contractors E-Mail Address Indicated In § 12 Of The Contract.
