The Construction Department, Main Civil Engineering Department, Of The State Capital Of Munich Is Responsible For New Construction And Maintenance Measures For Roads In The Munich City Area. Some Of These Measures Result In Excavated Material That Can No Longer Be Reused On Site (E.G. Displacement Due To Stronger Bonded Structure, Due To Its Soil Mechanical Properties, Etc.). Depending On Its Origin, This Material Can Be Contaminated With Pollutants Of Different Types And Levels And Must Therefore Be Temporarily Stored Until The Declaration Analysis Is Submitted And Then Disposed Of In An Orderly Manner. For This Purpose, The Material Is Classified Into Classification Classes (Z 0 2) Using Declaration Analyzes In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Backfilling Of Pits, Quarries And Opencast Mines (Lvgbt, As Of July 2021) Or, In Some Cases, Into Landfill Classes In Accordance With The Landfill Ordinance (Depv). Due To Technically Inseparable Admixtures In Old Road Surface Residues, In Individual Cases The Material Can Be Classified As Hazardous Waste (Avv 170503*) After Hot-Spot Sampling. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Interim Storage Of Approximately 9,000 T Of Excavated Material From Construction Sites Within The City Area To Be Carried Out By The Contractor On An Interim Storage Area Approved And Managed For Hazardous Waste (Including Avv 170503*) For Declaration, As Well As Proper And Harmless Disposal To Be Carried Out By The Contractor (E.G. Use As Backfilling Or Landfill Replacement Building Material, Through Thermal Utilization, Recycling Or Similar) In This Regard Approved Facilities. For This Purpose, The Contractor Is Commissioned To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Waste Producer (Here: The Client) In Accordance With Section 22 Krwg. The Clients Responsibility Under Waste Law Remains Unaffected. -- Based On The Experience Of The Last Few Years, A Quantity Of Approx. 9,000 T Of Excavated Materials From Various Construction Measures In The Civil Engineering Department Is Expected For This Framework Agreement In The Advertised Period. The Advertised Quantities Of Individual Services Are Based On The Experience Of The Last Few Years, Estimates From Contaminated Site Investigations And The Current Knowledge About Planned Construction Measures. They Are Therefore Subject To Uncertainties, So That The Actual Quantity Of A Service Called Up Can Deviate Significantly From The Advertised Quantities. For This Framework Agreement, A Minimum Purchase Of 70% Of The Total Amount Of The Offer Is Set. The Maximum Limit Up To Which An Individual Request Can Be Made By The Client Is 140% Of The Total Amount Of The Offer.
