This Service Includes, But Is Not Limited To: The Planning, Design And Programming Of Cultural And Recreational Activities, Aimed At Citizens, With Special Attention To Different Age Groups And Groups In The District. The Technical And Logistical Production Of The Programmed Activities, Including The Supply, Installation And Dismantling Of Infrastructure, Equipment And Other Elements Necessary For Their Correct Execution. The Management Of Human Resources, Including Technical, Artistic, Coordination, Auxiliary And Support Personnel, Necessary For The Development Of The Program. The Processing Of Authorizations, Permits And Insurance Required By Applicable Regulations, As Well As The Adoption Of Measures Regarding Security, Accessibility And Risk Prevention. Coordination With Municipal Services, Collaborating Entities And Other Agents Involved. The Dissemination And Communication Of The Program Of Activities Through The Channels Determined By The Contracting Body. Monitoring, Evaluation And Justification Of The Activities Carried Out.
