Construction Project Management Services – Pmw Support Services - Renovation Of The Feudenheim Lock System. The Feudenheim Lock Is The Entrance Lock From The Free-Flowing Rhine To The Dammed Neckar. It Has Three Lock Chambers, Of Which Only The Right One Is Currently In Operation. The Aim Of The Construction Project “Conversion Of The Feudenheim Lock System” Is To Put The Left Lock Chamber Back Into Operation. For This Purpose, The Chamber Area In Particular Will Be Rebuilt (In Prefabricated Construction, Pilot Project), The Listed Lifting Towers Will Be Repaired And Secured, The Right Lock Chamber Will Be Statically Decoupled And A New Technical Building Will Be Built. The Middle Lock Chamber Is Out Of Service And Will Be Filled As Part Of The Construction Work. When Carrying Out The Project, The Waterway Partnership Model (Pmw) Is Used, Which Requires The Client To Be Supported By A So-Called “Pmw Manager”. This Is Intended To Support The Project Team Within The Framework Of Collaborative Project Management. Pmw Is Divided Into Three Project Phases: Project Phase 0 (Pmw Initiation), Project Phase 1 (Integrated Planning) And Project Phase 2 (Execution). With This Tender, The Services Of The Pmw Manager Are Advertised For All Three Project Phases, Whereas The Project Support For Project Phase 0 Will Only Be Commissioned In Stages, I.E. Initially.
