The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Purchase Of Electricity For The Sports And Recreation Center Osir Stargard Sp. Z O. O. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Ordered During The Contract Period Is 3,144,381 Mwh. The List Of Energy Consumption Points Is Set Out In Annex 6 To The Swz. 2) Purchase Of Energy For Any Newly Created Consumption Points During The Implementation Of The Contract Under The Terms Of The Proceedings. 3) Commercial Balancing For Sold Electricity. 4) Reporting Electricity Sales Agreements To The Distribution System Operator (Dso), Including Carrying Out A Possible Procedure For Changing The Supplier. For This Purpose, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Appropriate Authorization.
