Work Detail
Sensors - Expansion Of The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Technology Laboratory - Modular Countermeasure System For Uav Systems (Cuas) Ii. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Integration And Commissioning Of A Passive Rf Radio Detection Subsystem Intended For Automatic Detection, Identification, Classification, Location And Analysis Of Radio Signals Related To The Activity Of Unmanned Aircraft, Uav Pilots And Communication Devices Used By Uavs. The Subsystem Must Constitute An Integral Element Of The Anti-Drone System, Ensuring Passive Recognition Of Radio Signals Without Emitting Its Own Signal And Cooperation With The Command System. The Rf Subsystem Must Be Designed To Detect The Presence Of The Uav, Identify Control Signals, Telemetry, Data Transmission, Image And Location Of Both The Uav Platform And Its Pilot. The System Must Enable Effective Operation In Urban And Open Environments. The Subsystem Must Provide At Least: • Passive Detection Of The Presence Of A Uav Without The Need To Emit An Active Signal, • Detection Of Control Signals, Telemetry, Data Transmission, Image Transmission And Remote Id In Commercial Uavs, • Detection Of The Location Of The Uav Pilot In Commercial Uavs, • Location Of The Bsp And The Uav Pilot By Determining The Geographical Position Or Direction Of The Emission Source, • Identification Of The Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number Or Identifier Of The Uav, If This Results From The Analyzed Protocol In Commercial Uavs, • Recognition Of Standard, Commercial, Fpv, Diy And Non-Standard Communication Protocols, • Analysis Of Modulation, Radio Signatures And Transmission Characteristics, • Simultaneous Detection Of A Minimum Of 50 Uavs, • Possession And Use Of Signal Libraries Containing A Minimum Of 350 Uav Models, • Use Of Analytical Algorithms Enabling The Identification Of Also New Or Unknown Signals - It Must Be Possible To Build Its Own Library. Minimum Technical Requirements The Rf Subsystem Must Meet At Least The Following Technical Requirements: • Operating Range Of At Least 400 Mhz - 6 Ghz, • Support For Bands Of At Least: 433 Mhz, 868 Mhz, 915 Mhz, 2.4 Ghz, 5.2 Ghz And 5.8 Ghz, • Ability To Detect Fpv Drone Protocols, • Support For Remote Id Technology, • Ability To Detect Over 50 Uavs Simultaneously, • Signal Library Of At Least 400 Uav Models, • Ability To Work In A Stationary Configuration, • Minimum Environmental Protection Level Ip66, • Operating Temperature Range At Least From Approximately -20°C To +40°C, The System Must Support At Least The Following Classes Of Protocols And Wireless Technologies: • Lightbridge, • Lightbridge 2, • Ocusync, • Ocusync 2.0, • Ocusync 3.0, • Ocusync 4.0, • Autel Skylink, • Lte, • Bluetooth, • Protocols Analog And Digital Fpv, • Diy Class Uav Protocols, • Autel, Yuneec, Dji And Parrot Drone Protocols. The System Must Be Able To Update Protocol Libraries, Radio Signatures And Analytical Methods In Order To Expand Reconnaissance Capabilities With New Technologies, Uav Models And Emerging Communication Standards.
