Transport Agency Services – Provision Of Transport Services For Works Of Art Of The Exhibition On The Theme Nikiphoros Lytras. The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services For The Transportation Of Works Of Art And In Particular The Packaging, Transportation And Hanging Of Works From The Periodical Exhibition On The Theme Nikiphoros Lytras. More Specifically, The Services Are Provided In Two (2) Phases: Phase A1. Installation Of The Periodical Exhibition On The Subject: Nikiphoros Lytras In The Area Of Periodical Exhibitions, On Level -2 Of The Main Building Of Epmas Located On Level -2 Of The Building. The Installation Will Be Implemented In The Months Of November - December 2026. Included Are Coordination Actions For The Receipt Of Works Of Art From Natural Or Legal Persons Who Lend Their Works To The Contracting Authority, Packaging, Receipt, Transportation And Hanging/Installation Of Works Of Art Within And Outside The Prefecture Of Attica And Outside Of Greece Moving Works Of Art Between The Facilities Of The Commissioning Authority In Attica, Moving Works Of Art From An Annex Of The Commissioning Authority Outside The Prefecture Of Attica, As Well As Installing Or Moving Glass Curtains Of Showcases As Well As Moving Showcases Or Objects Related To The Exhibition. Phase A2. Removal Of The Periodical Exhibition With The Theme Nikiphoros Lytras From The Periodical Exhibitions Area In The Building Of The National Gallery - Alexandros Soutsos Museum. Actions Are Included, Coordination Of The Delivery Of Works Of Art, Removal/Uninstallation Of Packaging And Transfer/Delivery Of Works Of Art To Natural Or Legal Persons (Within And Outside Attica And Outside Greece), Who Have Lent Their Works To Participate In The Exhibition On The Theme Nikephoros Lytra, As Well As A) Internal Transfers Of Works Of Art From The Collections Of The Contracting Authority Within The Building Complex Where The Exhibition Is Held, B) Transfers To The Premises Of The Of The Contracting Authority In Attica, C) Transfers Of Works Of Art To An Annex Of The Contracting Authority Outside The Prefecture Of Attica (Sparta), As Well As C) Re-Hanging Of Works Of Art In The Areas Of The Permanent Collections Of The Contracting Authority. The Decommissioning Will Take Place In October 2027.
