The Organizing Authority, The Municipality Of Thollon-Les-Mémises, Entrusts The Concessionaire With The Following Missions For Winter Activities: - Management, Operation, Upkeep And Maintenance, Investment In The Entire Ski Lift Park Located On The Territory Of The Municipality (Including Major Inspections And Major Visits); - Upkeep, Maintenance, Operation And Maintenance In Good Working Order, Investment In Installations And Equipment Related To Artificial Snow; - Development And Creation Of Fun Spaces During The Winter Season For Beginners And Families, As Well As Snow Park Areas; - Development, Tracing, Maintenance, Marking And Grooming Of The 6 Km Of Nordic Ski Slopes Accessible From The Mémises Gondola; - Maintenance And Management Of The Mémises Restaurant, Located At The Arrival Of The Gondola, With The Possibility Of Sub-Delegating It.
