The Subject Of The Order Is A Group Life Insurance Service For Employees Of The District Court In Szczecin, Functional Courts From The District Court In Szczecin And Their Spouses And Adult Children. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Age And Gender Structure Of All The Ordering Partys Employees Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. 2. The Order Is Intended To Be Financed From The Own Funds Of The Ordering Partys Employees. The Ordering Party Will Be The Payer Of The Entire Amount Due To The Contractor. The Unit Cost Of The Service For One Registered Person Will Be Borne By The Employee Through Monthly Deductions From His Or Her Remuneration Or Other Payments. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee That All Employees Will Join The Group Life Insurance Program. There May Be Changes In The Number Of People Covered By The Program During The Duration Of The Contract. If An Employee Or An Employees Family Member Resigns From Insurance, The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Pay Fees For Them.
