The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed Through The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. Framework Agreement Without Minimum But With A Maximum Of 600,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over 3 Years The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Define The Terms Governing Contracts Awarded On Its Basis, Known As Subsequent Contracts. The Holders Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Consulted, As The Need Arises, For The Provision Of Services. However, Savoie Déchets Reserves The Right To Launch Procedures Outside Of The Framework Agreement For Specific Needs That Are Exceptional Due To Their Complexity Or Their Implementation Conditions. The Same May Apply If Consultation For The Award Of A Subsequent Contract Remains Unsuccessful.
