The Order Covers Only The Sale Of Electricity. It Does Not Cover The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. Distribution Services Are Provided By The Operator Of The Distribution System Appropriate For The Energy Consumption Point - Stoen Operator. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Ordering Party Has One Electricity Consumption Point. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Electricity Supplier And To Perform, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Activities Necessary To Start Selling Electricity To The Indicated Consumption Point. Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Current License To Conduct Business Activity In The Field Of Electricity Trading And An Agreement Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Through The Network Of The Distribution System Operator Responsible For The Energy Consumption Point. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Commercial Balancing Of Electricity Sold Under The Contract. Trade Balancing Costs Are Included In The Price Of Electricity. Electricity Purchased Under The Order Will Be Used By The Ordering Party For The Needs Of The End User. The Sale Of Electricity Will Start No Earlier Than After The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Change Procedure And The Acceptance Of The Contract For Execution By The Relevant Dso And Will Be Carried Out By December 31, 2028. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Are Specified In The Terms Of Reference And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
