The Subject Of The Performance Is To Ensure The Provision Of Free Czech Language Lessons For Up To 500 Persons Granted International Protection (Hereinafter Referred To As The Authorized Person) Annually As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The State Integration Program In The Facilities Of The Administration Of Refugee Facilities Of The Ministry Of The Interior (Hereinafter Referred To As Suz Mv) And Outside These Facilities And To Cooperate With The General Provider Of Integration Services (Currently The Administration Of Refugee Facilities) In Accordance With Article 7 And Article 9 Letter D) Annexes To Government Resolution No. 36 Of 16/01/2017, Amending Government Resolution No. 954 Of 20 November 2015, On The State Integration Program For Persons Granted International Protection In 2016 And The Following Years. Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes: - A Written Organizational, Methodical And Content Concept Of Teaching; - Addressing All Authorized Persons With The Offer Of Czech Language Courses; - Initial Initial Pedagogical Diagnosis Of Authorized Persons; - Classification Of Authorized Persons Into Individual Courses According To The Established Entry Levels Of Language Competences And Language Groups; - Submission Of Monthly Schedules Of Czech Language Teaching (Persons, Course Description, Time, Place) In The Integration Asylum Centers Of The Ministry Of The Interior Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And Outside These Facilities In The Place Of Residence Of The Authorized Person According To The Individual Language Levels Of The Authorized Persons, To The Extent Of 400 Teaching Hours Per Person, For Approval By The Contracting Authority, And Always By The Last Day Of The Previous Month At The Latest (If The Contracting Authority Has Reservations Or Comments On The Submitted Schedule, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Return It To The Supplier Completion, Within The Deadline Specified By The Contracting Authority); - Continuous Organizational And Tutoring Of Czech Language Courses In The Integration Asylum Centers Of The Ministry Of Interior And Outside These Facilities In The Place Of Residence Of The Authorized Person According To The Individual Language Levels Of The Authorized Persons, To The Extent Of 400 Teaching Hours Per Person And According To The Teaching Schedule Approved By The Contracting Authority; - Provision Of Premises Suitable For Teaching In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations And At The Suppliers Expense, If The Teaching Will Take Place Outside The Facilities Of The Refugee Facilities Administration Of The Ministry Of The Interior; - Keeping Records And Attendance Of Authorized Persons And Sending A Monthly Overview To The Contracting Authority, The Ministry Of The Interior And The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications In Electronic Form; - Organizational And Lecturer Provision Of Training For Lecturers Of Czech Language Courses; - Ongoing Methodical Guidance Of Lecturers; - Monitoring The Quality Of Teaching, Carrying Out Regular Internal Checks Of The Quality And Effectiveness Of The Czech Language Courses Provided - Internal Internships (Online And Face-To-Face) And Internship Evaluation Of Lessons, Throughout The Course Of The Contract Implementation; - To Focus Teaching, Among Other Things, On Realities - Topics Important For Authorized Persons; - Consistent
