The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works In Two Buildings Of The Private School Complex In Łuszczanów, Consisting Of: - Thermal Modernization And Partial Reconstruction Of Building B1, - Thermal Modernization Of Building B2. The Private School Complex In Łuszczanów Is A Complex Of Two Teaching Buildings, Located On Plot No. 665/2, In Łuszczanów, Ul. Długa 108, 108A And 110 Jarocin Commune, Jarocin Poviat. Due To The Impossibility Of Excluding Two Buildings From Classes At The Same Time, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Stages. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Construction Works Should Be Performed In: - Building B1 (Building Facing The Street) - Consisting Of Thermal Modernization And Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building, Which Constitutes The First Stage Of Works*, *As Part Of This Stage, A Photovoltaic Installation Should Also Be Performed On Building B2 For The Needs Of Building B1.  Building B2 - Consisting Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Which Is The Second Stage Of Works. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Stage I (Building B1): - Insulation Of The Building Walls;  Insulation Of A Flat Roof;  Replacement Of Windows And Doors (According To The Design);  Replacement Of Floors In Some Rooms And Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings In Some Rooms In Connection With Reconstruction Or Thermal Modernization In Accordance With The Design Documentation;  Demolition Of The Door Openings And Internal Walls Of The Building Indicated In The Documentation And Construction Of New Partition Walls, Along With Accompanying Works, Including Restoring The Continuity Of The Moisture-Proof Insulation In Places Where The Floor Was Damaged;  Making A Band Of Concrete Cubes In The Places Indicated In The Design;  Reconstruction Of External Stairs And Ramp For Disabled People;  Modernization Of Cold Utility Water And Hot Utility Water Installations Along With Accompanying Works;  Installation Of Heat Pumps In Accordance With The Design Documentation,  Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation; Replacement Of Pipework, Radiators And Automation;  Replacement Of The Hydrant Installation And Associated Works;  Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation (The Installation For Building B1 Will Be Installed On Building B2 And Should Be Performed In The First Stage Of Work);  Installation Of A Fire Protection Switch; Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Of Sockets And Lighting, Equipotential Bonding Installation, Structural Installation, Building Management Installation, Cctv Video Monitoring And Antenna Installation In Accordance With The Technical Design Stage Ii (Building 2):  Insulation Of The Building Walls;  Attic Insulation;  Hot Water Installation - Installation Of A Hot Water Tank In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation;  Installation Of A Heat Pump, Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation; Replacement Of Pipework, Radiators And Automation;  Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation;  Installation Of Sockets, Lighting In The Heat Pump Room, Power Supply Installation For Heat Pump Devices.
