Construction Works: − Preparatory Works Including Protection Of Walls, Floors, Doors, Windows And Finishing Elements Not Subject To Renovation; − Securing The Existing Equipment Or Its Temporary Disassembly, Storage Outside The Renovated Room In Accordance With The Investors Guidelines And Reassembly After The Completion Of The Works; − Temporary Disassembly And Reassembly Of Seats Colliding With The Scaffolding Arrangement; − Dismantling Of The Indicated Stair Profiles; − Partial Disassembly Of The Pvc Carpet On The Stairs The Auditorium Part Of The Hall; − Disassembly Of Elements Of The Existing Suspended Ceiling; − Dismantling Of Existing Radiator Covers Along With The Installation Of New Covers; − Dismantling Of Furniture Panels And Osb Boards Constituting Casing Of The Recesses; − Local Dismantling Of Plasterboard Wall Cladding To The Extent Necessary To Create New Cable Routes; − Shoeing And Deepening The Radiator Recesses To Enable The Installation Of Radiators Three-Board Panels; − Reconstruction Of The Wall Structure In The Place Where New Cable Routes Were Made And Supplementation Of Claddings, Execution Of Finishing Layers; − Replacement Of Stair Profiles; − Replacement Of Pvc Floor Covering Within The Scope Of The Study; − Installation Of A New Suspended Ceiling; − Repair, Filling Of Gaps, Filling And Preparation For Painting Of The Existing Coffered Ceiling, Including Damage Resulting From The Dismantling Of The Suspended Ceiling; − Repair, Filling And Finishing Of Damaged Walls Arising During The Works; − Finishing The Bricked-Up Passage To Pavilion A-1; − Painting All Walls Twice; − Painting The Existing Coffered Ceiling Twice; − Cleaning, Impregnation And Maintenance Of All Remaining Existing Pvc Floors.2.
