The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Technical Documentation, An Integral Part Of Which Is The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Appendix No. 3 To The Swz Template Of The Contract Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
