1. The Rebuilt District Road Is Located In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Bieszczady County, Ustrzyki Dolne Commune, In The Towns Of Trójca, Jamna Dolna, Jamna Górna And Kwaszenina. The Project Runs Through Forest And Agricultural Areas (Meadows, Pastures) Only In The Town Of Trójca. There Are 4 Residential And Service Buildings. Properties Located On The Road Have Direct Access To It Through Existing Exits. The Area In Which The Planned Reconstruction Of The Discussed Road Section Takes Place Is Hilly And The Longitudinal Slopes Range From 0.6% To Approximately 8.7%. The Entire Section Of The Road Has A Road Cross-Section With A Bituminous Surface In Average Or Poor Technical Condition, Road Width - 3.5 - 5.0 M With Earthen Shoulders On Both Sides, 0.75 - 1.00 M Wide.2. 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In The Indicated Location In Accordance With The Annexes To This Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Offer Cost Estimate Indicate, Among Others: The Basis For Determining Unit Prices Of Works Or Unit Material Expenditure Necessary To Perform The Works, Which Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For Preparing The Offer And Estimating Its Price. The Offer Price Is To Take Into Account All The Requirements Of The Swz And Include All Necessary Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
