The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Rooms In Building No. 1; 2 And 3 Of The City Hall And Execution Of External Works, Including Reconstruction Of Rooms No. 1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4; 1.5; 1.6 And 1.7 On The First Floor Of Building No. 3. Continued Section 7.4.) Type And Scope Of Changes To The Contract And The Conditions For Their Introduction2) A Change In The Materials, Technical Parameters, Technology Of Construction Works, Method And Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Possible In The Event Of: A) The Need To Carry Out Any Part Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Using Different Technical Or Technological Solutions Than Those Indicated In The Design Documentation, And Resulting From Identified Defects In This Documentation Or From A Change In The Legal Status Based On Which They Are Based Has Been Prepared If The Application Of The Solutions Provided Could Result In Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, B) The Occurrence Of Construction Site Conditions That Differ Significantly From Those Adopted In The Design Documentation, In Particular The Encounter Of Uninvented Or Incorrectly Inventoried Networks, Installations Or Other Construction Facilities, C) The Occurrence Of A Risk Of Collision With Investments Planned Or Carried Out In Parallel By Other Entities To The Extent Necessary To Avoid Or Remove These Collisions, D) The Occurrence Of Force Majeure Preventing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Its Provisions, E) The Need To Change Building Materials, Equipment, Devices, Technical/Technological Solutions, In A Situation Where The Use Of Building Materials, Equipment, Devices, Technical/Technological Solutions Indicated In The Design Documentation Becomes Impossible Due To Cessation Of Production, Withdrawal From The Market Or Replacement With Others, Or The Use Of Replacement Solutions Or Materials Will Be Dictated By Utility Or Functional Reasons, Improvement Of The Construction Process, Increased Safety On The Construction Site, Reduction Of The Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Completed Subject Of The Order, Progress Technological Or Changes In Applicable Regulations; The Above Change To The Contract Is Permissible Provided That It Is Changed To Materials, Devices And Equipment Having At Least The Same Quality Parameters And Functional Features As Those That Constituted The Basis For The Selection Of The Offer (As Indicated In The Design Documentation) Or That Better Quality Building Materials Or Other Parameters Will Be Used During The Execution Of The Order, Provided That The Price Is Not Increased, Regulations In Force On The Date Of Acceptance Of The Works, Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In § 1 Of The Contract (Abandoned Works), Taking Into Account Point 3 Below;3) A Change In The Amount Of Gross Remuneration Will Be Possible In The Event Of:
