The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Entitled: Improvement Of The Teaching And Sports Facilities Together With The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction, Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Existing Teaching Building Of The 1St T. Kościuszko Secondary School In Bielsk Podlaski At Ul. 11 Listopada 6 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Expansion Of The Sports Hall At The Building Of The 1St Secondary School Of T. Kościuszki In Bielsk Podlaski At Ul. 11 Listopada 6, For A Warehouse For Sports Equipment With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. Part I: Construction Of A Warehouse For Sports Equipment With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, In Accordance With: 1) Designs - Annex No. 9 To The Swz; 2) Bills Of Quantities - Annex No. 10 To The Swz; 3) Specifications For The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 11 To Swz;2. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Above-Mentioned Annexes, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Practice.3. Additional Comments: The Subject Of The Order Will Be Covered By A Warranty Period Of 5 To 7 Years, Counting From The Date Of Transfer Of The Order With The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. If Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin Is Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type (Model) And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given Under The Term Type. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows For The Safe Operation Of An Active School Facility And A Sports Hall, While Maintaining The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety, Organization Of The Construction Site And The Safety Of The Facilitys Users.
