Additionally, Thermal Conditions Will Be Improved And Educational Activities Will Be More Comfortable. Characteristics Of The Facility - Existing Condition: The Building Being The Subject Of The Investment Is Located In Lubsko At Ul. Powstańców Wlkp. 2. The Building Is A Workshop Building. Rooms Numbered 1.01 To 1.03, Along With The Roof Covering, Were Rebuilt And Modernized In 2019 On The Basis Of Design Documentation And Building Permit No. 591/2019 Of July 24, 2019. In 2023 The Windows On The South Side Were Replaced. There Is Also A Gas Boiler Room In The Building, Which Is A Source Of Heat For The Entire School Complex. The Buildings Gable Wall Is Adjacent To One Of The Teaching Buildings.1.2.The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works On The Basis Of The Construction Design With Changes And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Construction Permit, Stwiorb, The Construction Law And The Provisions Of The Agreement. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Keeping A Construction Log.
