The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of All Necessary Works To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Planned Construction Of Retention Tanks At Public Utility Facilities In The Wieliczka Commune, I.E.: - Part 1 - Area Of ​​The Peoples House In Czarnochowice - Two Tanks With An Equivalent Capacity Of 30 M³ (15 M³ Each).2. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Functional And Utility Program, Which, Together With This Tor, Constitutes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Construction Of Underground Retention Tanks. This Information Is Necessary To Develop Design Documentation, Obtain Appropriate Permits And Perform Construction Works As Part Of The Task Construction Of Rainwater Tanks On The Premises Of The Peoples House In Czarnochowice 150 And In The Village Community Center In Sułków 467, Implemented In The Design And Build System, To The Extent Of Part 1 Of The Order. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Required Consents, Permits, Documents, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Objectives Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Performance Of Construction Works, Based On The Prepared Documentation. 4. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 4.1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Building Permit Decision (The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Appropriate Authorization For The Necessary Administrative Activities Related To Obtaining A Building Permit Decision), 4.2) Surveying Services, 4.3) Performance Of Construction, Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Design, 4.4) Performance Of Demolition Works And Reconstruction,4.5) Management Of Waste Generated During Construction,4.6) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Commissioning And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Constructed Elements Into Operation In The Presence Of Staff Designated By The Ordering Party,4.7) As-Built Inventory, 4.8) Authors Supervision Of The Designer,4.9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.Technical Solutions, Location Of Infrastructure And Diagrams Of The Presented Facilities Proposed In The Program Functional And Utilitarian, Should Be Treated As An Exemplary Concept, Constituting A Starting Proposal Used To Initially Determine The Scope Of Design And Construction Works. The Contractors Task Is To Propose His Own Original Project Based On The Instructions Provided In This Study. In The Process Of Design And Construction Implementation, Working Consultations With The Ordering Party Should Be Organized On An Ongoing Basis In Order To Clarify The Final Design Solutions.
