Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Includes: Felling Of Trees Growing In The Road Area Of Provincial Roads In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Including Milling Of Stumps, Including: - Marking Of The Works In Accordance With The Traffic Organization Design Prepared And Approved Before The Commencement Of Felling, - Mechanical Felling Of Trees With Simultaneous Appropriate Protection Of Buildings And Ground Road And External Infrastructure Devices Within The Area Of Works Related To Felling, - Milling Of Stumps To A Depth Of 20 Cm Below The Ground Level And Filling The Resulting Hole With Permeable Soil, - Immediate Tidying Up Of The Road And Transporting The Harvested Wood To The Contractors Own Warehouses, - Purchase By The Contractor Of Wood From The Felling Of 77 Trees For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 21,432.00 Gross. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Buy Back The Wood From The Felling For An Amount Not Less Than Above Including Vat Of 23%. The Contractors Remuneration For The Services Covered By The Order Will Be Reduced By The Amount For The Wood Obtained As A Result Of Felling.
