The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Renovation And Reconstruction Of Building No. 1 Of The Dr. Leon Szuman Social Welfare Home At Ul. Szosa Chełmińska 220 In Toruń.1.2. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Dps At Ul. Szosa Chełmińska 220 Is Located On Plot No. 736/4 In Precinct 32. Building No. 1 Has Three Floors Above Ground And A Basement.2) The Building Is Not Under Conservation Protection. The Area Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan.3) The Basement Part Is Excluded From The Scope Of Renovation And Reconstruction, Except For Cases Where It Will Be Necessary To Install Installations. The Renovation Should Be Taken Into Account In All Rooms And Communication Routes On The Above-Ground Floors. The Reconstruction Of The Rooms Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Indications Included In The Detailed Guidelines.
