Tenders Are Invited For Providing Winter Road Maintenance Services In The Areaszydłowiec District In The Winter Season 2026/2027

The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Winter Road Maintenance Services In The Szydłowiec District In The Winter Season 2026/2027 In Accordance With The List Of Maps In Annex 6A To The Swz And The List Of Routes In Annex 6B To The Swz, 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Clearing Snow From Roads And Intersections, B) Sprinkling A Salt-Sand Mixture On Roads And Intersections, C) Related Works With Loading The Salt And Sand Mixture Onto Devices And Vehicles Used By The Contractor, D) Information Service For The Ordering Party In Terms Of Reporting To The Duty Officer The Start And End Of The Service Related To Winter Road Maintenance And Access To A Program Monitoring Vehicles With A Gps Device. 3. The Contractor Will Provide Services In A Way That Does Not Threaten The Safe Use Of The Road And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused By His Fault While Performing Tasks Related To Winter Road Maintenance.4.The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Sand And Salt Mixture To Provide Winter Maintenance Services For District Roads. The Ordering Party Will Deposit The Mixture At The Headquarters Of The District Roads Authority In Szydłowiec At Ul. Kolejowa 78, 26-500 Szydłowiec.5.Winter Road Maintenance Services Will Be Provided On The Mentioned Sections Of District And Municipal Roads Located In The Szydłowiec Poviat In Accordance With The Winter Road Maintenance Standards Managed By The District Road Authority In Szydłowiec And The Requirements Specified In The Instructions Of The Winter Road Maintenance Officer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Routes While Maintaining The Total Length Of Kilometers Indicated For Winter Maintenance. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Terms Of Reference.
