1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of: Part 1: It Terminal Room.2.The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Separate Parts Of The Contract (Lots 1 To 3). The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Maximum Number Of Parts For Which An Order May Be Awarded To One And The Same Contractor.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form.4.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete (With All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Its Use), Ready For Use, Free From Technical And Quality Defects And Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations.5.The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Together With: 1) Warranty Cards; 2) Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Equipment In Polish; 3) Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By The Authorized Service Center During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period.6.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. If The Warranty Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Equipment Or Product Range Is Shorter Than 24 Months, The Responsibility For The Quality Warranty For The Missing Period Lies Solely With The Contractor.7.The Requirement Specified In Section 6 Does Not Apply To Software And Educational Platforms Provided In The Form Of Licenses Or Subscriptions For A Specified Period Of Time (E.G. For 1 Year). For This Product, The Warranty And Warranty Period Is Strictly Equal To The License/Subscription Period Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.8.In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.9.If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.10.If Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Only Specify The Minimum Expected Quality And Functional Parameters And The Required Standard. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. Those Whose Technical, Qualitative And Operational Parameters Are No Worse (At Least The Same Or Better) Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Their Use Wil
