O.;3) Confirmation Of The Service Performed - A Time Card With The Service Start And End Time Marked. Each Departure And Arrival Must Be Confirmed By An Sms Message Sent To The Telephone Number 510 265 384, Indicated For Recording Services Provided (E.G. Departure - 8:00 A.M., Arrival - 10:30 A.M.). Additionally, A Time Card Containing The Start And End Times Of The Service Will Constitute The Basis For Verifying The Time Of Its Implementation. The Card Will Be Confirmed With The Stamp And Signature Of An Employee Of Zgk W Rybnie Sp. Z O. O. 4.Lack Of The Above Information May Result In Failure To Complete The Snow Removal Route5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Clearing Snow Or Sprinkling Roads Within 1 Hour Of The Telephone Notification By The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Time Of Day Or Night.6. The Minimum Requirements Are: 1) At Least One Plowed Vehicle With Two-Axle Drive For Each Area, Having Chains On At Least One Axle, 2) A Double-Sided Plow With A Width Of Min. 2.60 M And Vehicle Power Min. 75 Hp (55 Kw),3) Communication Via Mobile Telephony To Each Area.
