The Task Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In Msc. Rataje Located On Plot No. Register 149/10, Rataje District, Commune Olszewo-Borki. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Replacement Of Electrical Installations With Lighting, Replacement Of The Finishing Layer Of The Floor Along With The Installation Of Self-Leveling Screeds, Replacement Of Stoneware Floor Coverings, Replacement Of The Insulation Above The Mineral Wool Ceiling Along With Replacement Of The Cladding Made Of Boards And Osb Boards (Some Recycled), Replacement Of The Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboards, Plastering The Ceilings And Painting Ceilings And Walls, Including Priming, Replacement Of Window Joinery In Accordance With The Specifications, Disassembly And Assembly Of Kitchen Furniture, Installation Of Blackout Roller Blinds In The Windows, Replacement Of The Roof Covering With New Ones Made Of Metal Tiles, Replacement Of Roof Structure Elements, I.E. Masonry, Foundations, Rafters, Clamps And Purlins, Replacement Of Structural Columns, Replacement Of The Roof Hatch, Construction Of A New Roof Soffit And New Sheet Metal Flashings, Including The Gutter Strip, Gutter Strip, Wind Girders And Other Works Necessary For The Proper Construction Of The Roof, Replacement Of The Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 5.225 Kwp (In Accordance With The Electrical Industry Project) And Others. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Renovation Of The Village Community Center, The Existing Photovoltaic Installation Should Be Dismantled And Its Appropriate Protection And Transfer To The Manufacturer Or Other Entity With Appropriate Authorizations, Qualifications And Experience In The Assessment Of Photovoltaic Installations, In Order To Assess Its Technical Condition After The Event Fire Protection, Providing Documentation Specifying The Condition Of The Photovoltaic Installation And Its Disposal, In Accordance With The Annex To The Swz  Guidelines For The Existing Photovoltaic Installation - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
