A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 - Design Documentation And Annex No. 4 - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, If Known, The Names And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works.
