Tenders Are Invited For Purchases As Part Of Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies

4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor As Part Of The Task Purchases As Part Of Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies In The Area: Area 2 Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies. 4.2. Detailed Description Of The Technical Parameters And Equipment Referred To In Section 4.1, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4.3.The Vehicle Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should: A) Be Approved For Operation In Poland; B) Equipped With All Installations And Devices Required By Road Traffic Law And Regulations On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Necessary Equipment; C) The Equipment Must Have Documents Enabling Registration And Movement On Public Roads; D) Equipment Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects; 4.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Zwierzyniec Commune.4.5. Under This Order, Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Technical Documentation Of The Vehicle Referred To Above And The Documentation Required By Polish Law, Necessary For Its First Registration And Insurance, Warranty Card, Service Book In Polish, Vehicle Operation And Maintenance Manual Along With A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish, Together With All Documents Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Vehicle By The User, Other Required Documents Necessary For The First Registration Of The Vehicle, A Set Of Keys In The Number Provided By The Manufacturer, 4.6. On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Train The Users Staff In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance And Safe Use Of The Vehicle.4.7. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Explanations, Information Or Documents Necessary For The Correct Settlement Of The Granted Funding.4.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order.
