1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Taking Into Account The Principles And Standards Applicable In The Design Of Facilities, Together With Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of A Sports Hall With Facilities And A Connector To The Existing School Building And Its Reconstruction, Expansion With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Parking Lots, Parking Spaces And Internal Communication Routes At Ul. Hołowieska 18 In Bielsk Podlaski With The Necessary Arrangements And Authors Supervision.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Contractor Should Perform The Subject Of The Order In Compliance With The Norms And Standards Related To The Performance Of This Type Of Services, In Accordance With Applicable Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.4. The Purpose Of Developing The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of This Order Is To Describe And Determine The Value Of The Subject Matter Of The Construction Works Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, Therefore, At Each Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Particularly Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of Art. 99-103 Of The Pzp.5 Act. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In An Unambiguous And Comprehensive Manner, Using Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Terms, Taking Into Account The Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer. The Designed Technical Solutions, Building Materials Used Or System Solutions Contained In The Design Documentation Cannot Be Described In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition, In Particular By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor In Any Of The Elements Of The Design Documentation.6. It Is Permissible To Use The Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Only In Exceptional Situations, I.E. If The Documentation Contractor Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In Such A Case, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Include The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence.7. Failure To Comply With This Will Result In Treatment By The Ordering Party Presented The Design Documentation As Inconsistent With The Contract And The Request To Remove Defects In The Subject Of The Contract.
