1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Building Permit No. 1/64/2026 Of June 8, 2026, To A Limited Extent, Described In Detail In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Which Constitute The Basis For The Preparation Of An Offer Cost Estimate By The Contractor, Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources In Kluczbork At Ul. Byczyńska 120, Plot No. 9/82. The Building Will Be Used To Store Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources.2. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using, Among Others: Technical Designs, Detailed Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz - Only To The Extent That They Coincide With The Items And Technology Of Works Specified In The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 8). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Construction Works Covered By The Material Scope Of This Procedure And Obtain, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Required Documents Enabling Commencement Of Use And Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Permits For Use. The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Provided In Annex No. 7 Covers A Wider Scope Of Investments Than The Scope Covered By These Proceedings. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz3.The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of Order Execution.4.Required By The Ordering Party Min. The Warranty Period Is – 3 Years. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 3 Years Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With The Swz - The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers.
