Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required Are Considered To Be Equivalent, And If The Minimum Parameters Have Not Been Specified, It Should Be Understood As Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Similar Parameters, Suitable For The Required Application, Including In Terms Of The Identity Of The Function, Type And Quality Of Materials And Technical Data.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Allows The Submission Of Variant Offers.6) The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.7) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
