1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of 9 E-Paper Timetables At Public Transport Network Stops Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Łapsze Niżne Commune. 2. As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Prepare The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Opz, The Contract And The Relevant Legal Provisions; - Deliver The Order To The Indicated Locations And Perform Assembly Along With The Necessary Accompanying Works; - Install Boards On 9 Bus Shelters In Town Centers; - Coordinate The Installation Of Displays With The Progress Of Work Of The Contractor Carrying Out Construction Works Related To The Installation Of Bus Shelters - On Seven New Bus Shelters And On Two Existing Ones Bus Shelters; - Mark Each Of The 9 E-Paper Displays In Accordance With The Promotion And Information Guidelines Applicable To The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program. The Ordering Party Will Provide Graphic Templates After Selecting The Contractor; - Complete And Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation; - Adding/Updating Timetables On The Installed Displays Will Be The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.
