The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical Defects (Construction, Material And Workmanship) Or Legal Defects And Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law. The Tractor Will Be Used As An Element Of The Logistic Security Of The Gać Commune, In Particular To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale And Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War, As Well As To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies And Implementation Of Transport And Municipal Tasks.
